You hereby ratify your understanding that all program sales are non-refundable and waive any rights to

charge-back your purchase with your credit card processor.

• Campaigns must go live within 3 weeks. If you choose to extend the launch date, keep in mind that you

will get charged again 30 days after two weeks passed the initial payment date. The reason why we do this

is to be able to secure your area and our team is set to follow a set schedule.

• Heavy Duty Leads will not do any refunds unless notified at least 72 business hours before your next 30 day

payment is processed.

• Clients using Heavy Duty Leads may pause the ad campaigns whenever they would like and for as long as

they would like. With that in mind, clients fully acknowledge and understand that their monthly payments will

still go through every 30 days even if the ad campaigns are paused

.

• If for any reason the client would want to cancel services, they must notify Heavy Duty Leads 72 business

hours before the next payment goes through (every 30 days). This cancellation notice must be submitted in

writing over email to [email protected].

• This Agreement constitutes the complete and exclusive agreement between us. It supersedes all prior

written and oral statements, conditions, obligations, representations, or warranties.

• Time is of the essence.
